The new bill by Senators Bill Cassidy R-LA and Lindsay Graham R-SC would take a wrecking ball to the health care system in favor of letting each state decide what conditions and treatments can be covered by insurance -- and people with pre-existing conditions could lose their protection.
And this isn't just an attack on American health care -- Cassidy and Graham are explicitly targeting California. They'll take billions of dollars in health care funding from us and give it to more conservative states in order to win the support of those governors and senators.
